Associate Talent Partner – The Perks!

• Realistic first-year total package of around £32,000 based on target earnings.  This includes a basic of £20,000 with £250 paid for each candidate you successfully source, that turns into a placement.  
• Working Fridays is totally optional based upon your results.  Imagine that, and extra 52 working days annual leave in 2022, if you secured every Friday off.

Associate Talent Partner – What’s it all about?

The role of an Associate Talent Partner is both a challenging and rewarding position. You will find no two days the same – from writing engaging job adverts to calling and meeting candidates, you will have to adapt on an hourly basis to the needs of your customers. These calls don’t always run smoothly so you need tenacity and resilience to do the job. Most importantly, you should enjoy working to targets and love the thrill of finding a candidate who is perfect for a job!.  This role involves no business development, and you will be responsible for delivering excellent candidates to key IT accounts.

You will need a good telephone manner, strong communication skills, be well presented and enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis. You will work in a strong team environment with everyone supporting each other, so being a team player is important too. You will receive full support in training as well as 3^rd party automation tools that will deliver candidates directly to you, making your role more efficient allowing you to focus on interviewing the best candidates on the market.
