Lead ServiceNow Technical Consultant Permanent

The role is ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant. You will be joining our rapidly growing client who do exciting ServiceNow work. The job also offers remote working and has a salary of £70K – £85K depending on experience.

In this role you will:

–          Configure ITSM and other solutions within ServiceNow

–          Work closely with different members of your team to find solutions

–          Lead continuous improvements of services provided to customers

Your skills and experience:

–          Technical and/or consulting background in ServiceNow

–          Knowledge of technical components

–          Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

–          Ability to mentor different team members
