To apply for this role you should possess extensive ServiceNow implementation experience. A thorough understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Configuration Management, Problem & Event Management is a must.
If you currently are a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Certified ITSM and ITOM Implementation Specialist, this will be a huge bonus, however, a roadmap will be put into place to ensure you receive the support to acquire these accreditations upon commencing your employment with this ServiceNow Partner.
