An exciting new position has arisen within a ServiceNow Elite partner for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join its fast-growing and forward-thinking team.
My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help manage the delivery of their ServiceNow client implementations. You will play a critical role in shaping the best possible outcome for their clients while ensuring exceptional planning, management, and execution of the delivery using industry best practices.
To apply for this role you must have a solid background in carrying out the role of Business Analyst within ServiceNow.
You must also have proven experience in defining and deploying ‘to be’ best practice processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation facilitation skills (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ServiceNow) are required.
Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation, are also a must.
An excellent package is available including a basic of £45,000-£65,000 (dependant on experience), Laptop, Mobile Phone, 33 days holiday, pension, healthcare for the family, bonus, EMI Share option scheme, Sick pay, and much more.
