An incredible new position has arisen for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. You will be joining our fast-growing client who are known for their outstanding work. This role is fully remote and has a bonus scheme.

My client is looking for a talented Business Analyst to help manage the delivery of implementations. You will play a critical role in the team in shaping the best outcome for clients whilst using industry best practices.

To apply for this role, you must have a solid background in ServiceNow as a Business Analyst. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong prestation facilitation skills (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ServiceNow) are required.

You should also have solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation.

A fantastic package is available including a salary of £45,000 – £65,000 (dependant on experience), pension, private healthcare, bonus, share options and much more.
