A forward-thinking ServiceNow Partner is actively recruiting for a talented ServiceNow Delivery Lead / Manager who can work from home on a full-time basis. This role is fully remote and will be irrespective of Covid.
Within this role, you shall act as the primary point of contact for customer resources, project activities, and escalations as required to achieve expected outcomes. In this role, you will support the delivery process definition for the ServiceNow practice and the primary purpose of this role is to be the intermediary between the external customers and the ServiceNow Partner. This will involve managing relationships both internally and externally.
To apply for this role you must possess a solid background where you have managed the services delivered by vendors and suppliers. Extensive experience with service management platforms, including ServiceNow, is a must.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• ITIL Foundation certified.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified ITSM and ITOM Implementation Specialist.
• ServiceNow Delivery Accreditations.
• Applicable IT-related certifications.
