I’m hiring for a ServiceNow Developer to join a growing digital transformation team working on next-gen Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience projects. This role is perfect for someone looking to build modern workflow apps and front-end experiences that truly enhance user journeys.
You’ll work closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams to help shape and deliver high-impact ServiceNow solutions across HR, IT, and Customer domains, using cutting-edge tools like Gen AI, Now Assist, and Workflow Data Fabric.

You’ll ideally have:
✅ Hands-on experience developing with ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, HRSD, etc.)
✅ Good front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
✅ Experience building custom dashboards & workflows with UI Builder or Service Portal
✅ Familiarity with integrations via Flow Designer or IntegrationHub
✅ An understanding of customer journeys, personalisation, and user experience design

Security Requirements:
Candidates must be UK-based and eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance. Continuous UK residency for the last 5 years is required.
