We are seeking a talented ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer, specialising in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and Policy & Compliance modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering solutions that enhance and streamline our clients’ risk management, resilience, and compliance processes. Working closely with stakeholders, you will configure the platform and develop custom applications that meet specific business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, with a strong emphasis on Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and Policy & Compliance.
- Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to showcase IRM solutions, gather client feedback, and refine designs.
- Develop custom workflows, UI actions, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to meet bespoke client requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Deliver user training sessions and produce documentation to assist both end users and system administrators.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow updates and best practices, particularly within the GRC/IRM area.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 4 years of experience developing and delivering ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
- Strong expertise in the GRC/IRM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and other web development technologies.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance *
Support will be provided for candidates without the “Risk & Compliance” certification to achieve it, with job offers being contingent on obtaining the certification within an agreed timeframe.
