ServiceNow Engagement Mananger Permanent

My client is recruiting for a motivated Engagement Manager to join their ServiceNow Practice.  Within this role, you shall oversee the discovery, design, development, testing, and go-live phases of client engagements within ServiceNow.   You shall help define and manage overall project goals and success criteria, working in collaboration with customers on the definition and execution of the overall project plan and SOW.

It will be your duty to manage and develop key relationships with customers and colleagues interfacing with a similar level of staff to define and deliver assignments of high complexity. You are expected to have significant client relationship responsibility and will need to demonstrate proactiveness in bringing new ideas with high-quality solutions and best practice standards.

To apply for this role you must come from a background where you have been responsible for the overall management of a specific client engagement and related ServiceNow project activities.

A solid background in ServiceNow and ITIL is a must.
