We are seeking a versatile Principal Consultant for our client, an excellent and fast growing professional services business. This person will assess and maintain their information technology systems. In this role, your duties will include improving the efficiency of hardware and software technologies and developing innovative solutions. You may also be required to provide staff with technical guidance.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with great technical and communication skills who can bring their broad expertise into the company. We are looking for someone with a range of skills across ServiceNow product stack, the ability to prioritise work and deadlines under pressure and someone who can contribute to continuous best practice. 

The following qualifications are beneficial to the position, however not essential as you will be provided with support to achieve the accreditations;

 •   ITIL Foundation certified.

•   Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.

•   Certified ITSM or ITOM Implementation Specialist.
