An exciting new role has arisen for a talented ServiceNow Product owner to come and lead the ITSM global implementation working for a well respected and global end user.
The ServiceNow ITSM Platform Product Owner will be accountable for the ongoing management and development of the core ServiceNow ITSM system and associated ServiceNow ITSM modules as well as monitoring and reporting on the quality and compliance of IT Services & Processes. The ITSM implementation is a greenfield site.
You will help to develop and manage the product roadmap for the ServiceNow ITSM implementation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
As the global ServiceNow Product Owner, you will have a combination of strong technical and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, from both a deployment and project management perspective.
To apply for this role you should have strong Project management experience with a hands on approach. Previous ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience is essential.
This role would particularly suit those who are currently working for a ServiceNow partner and looking to move into a end user role.
