An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented ServiceNow Project Manager to join one of the most progressive companies that manage complex supply chains and have a global presence in over 75 countries.

The role is fully remote, and as long as you are based inside of the UK and have the legal right to work, you can work from home, anywhere in the UK. (Visa sponsorship not available)

My client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager to drive the implementation of their new Global ITSM Platform in ServiceNow following ITIL principles.

Your key responsibilities shall include:

⭐ Acting as the single point of contact and leading end-to-end ServiceNow projects.

⭐Facilitating the definition of the project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

⭐Defining project tasks and resource requirements.

⭐Developing, controlling, and communicating the project plan, timeline, and milestones.

⭐Tracking and reporting project deliverables to the project team and stakeholders, through status reports and meetings.

⭐Managing the risk, Issues, and changes.

⭐Facilitating the continuous improvement and enhancements of the ServiceNow Platform using external and internal technical resources.

⭐Developing and implementing proven best practices for successful ServiceNow adoption and increased user experience.

To apply for this role, the ideal candidate will have a drive for identifying and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, as well as having a track record for successful project delivery within ServiceNow, being able to demonstrate and measure successful ServiceNow adoption and implementation. Experience in managing a greenfield ServiceNow implementation and having solid Project Management background is a must.

You must have ServiceNow experience. If you do not posses any ServiceNow experience, unfortunately, you will not be successful in the interview process.
