An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented ServiceNow Project Manager to join a global end user who is rolling out a greenfield ServiceNow implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. The role is working remotley from home.
Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to closure
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and communicate progress to stakeholders
Manage project risks and issues and identify opportunities to improve project delivery
Ensure quality standards are met by conducting project reviews and quality assurance activities
Manage project resources, including project team members, vendors, and contractors
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status reports
Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow implementation best practices and methodologies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and budget management
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong client relationships
Experience managing offshore and remote teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
