ServiceNow Technical Architect – SPM

Our client is urgently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions. They are open to both permanent and contract candidates. This role involves leading complex projects, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring seamless integrations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Analyse client requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain applications, configurations, and workflows.
  • Ensure best practices, automation, and system optimisation.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants.
  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
  • ServiceNow Certifications:
    • CIS – Service Portfolio Management (SPM) (required)
    • CSA, CAD (preferred)
    • CTA (bonus)
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across:
    • SPM (required), ITSM, ITOM, CSM, TSM, HRSD, ITBM
    • Service Portal, Mobile Development, Integration Hub, API integrations
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
