We are currently supporting a leading consulting organisation looking to hire a ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer with strong experience across HRSD and CSM to join their growing Digital Customer Experience practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical ServiceNow professional who enjoys combining hands-on development with customer and employee workflow transformation projects within enterprise environments.

The Role You will be responsible for:

Designing and developing ServiceNow workflow solutions.
Supporting implementations across:

• HRSD
• CSM
• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• Building modern user experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal
• Developing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Supporting platform customisation, automation, and optimisation initiatives
• Delivering scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, Developer, or Senior Technical Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience across:
  • HRSD
  • CSM
• Additional experience across ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM highly beneficial
• Strong experience with:
  • JavaScript
  • Flow Designer
  • Glide API
  • UI Builder
  • Service Portal
  • IntegrationHub
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Previous consulting or enterprise implementation experience highly desirable
