We’re big on work-life balance. We work 8.30 am-5.30 pm Monday to Thursday and have Fridays off, if we’re motoring.

We use AI as much as we can to takeaway the boring stuff. People work best when they love what they do. And not many people enjoy admin.

If you’re really good at developing business but don’t much like talking to candidates, that’s fine too. From Trainee to Director, we’ll promote you at every opportunity and give you the chance to flourish in the career you carve for yourself.

What’s a Resourcer?

A great Resourcer is like a Detective. They have a thirst for information and know everything that’s happening in the industry. They know the best people for the best jobs and can talk to anyone.

They can also spot a white lie when they see one, and spot who’s telling the truth.

Speaking to candidates online and the phone, selecting them for jobs

Approaching great candidates you’ve hunted down

Learning to write show-stopping ads which pique the interest of browsers

Networking at every opportunity

Identify skills in the job-hunting public

Spotting potential leads by always having your ear to the ground

Learning to interview candidates and knowing whether they’re a good fit

Booking interviews for your colleagues

Helping our candidates with general queries which might crop up

Keeping an accurate log of information on our database

Putting your wordsmithery tothe test with CV and cover letter help and writing interview confirmations

What’s a Delivery Consultant?

A Delivery Consultant is like a concierge for our lovely clients. They can build fantastic rapport with almost anyone, know when to ask the right questions and are able to develop relationships.

As our team of Resourcers manage CV submissions, you’ll be the link to the lovely client. There’s a real chance to grow in this role and no limit to the heights you might reach.

If you’re a relationship builder, this role’s for you.

The perks we offer

We pay commission on placements we make – so you could earn up to £30,000 in your first year

Had a good week? Take Friday off.

We take our best performers to an all expenses paid conference in Las Vegas

We run a incentives with you if you hit your £20k target. It might be a fancy restaurant, drinks on Solent, or whatever floats your boat. We’ll let you choose.
