You’ll join a collaborative team delivering innovative solutions across customer, employee and technology workflows, while working with some of the UK’s most recognised organisations.
The Role As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes and user experiences.
You’ll work across a range of ServiceNow products, including:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Workplace Service Delivery
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Designing intuitive user experiences using UI Builder, Next Experience and Service Portal.
- Building integrations with third-party platforms using REST APIs, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
- Configuring automations using Flow Designer and other platform capabilities.
- Supporting data migration and ensuring consistency across integrated systems.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Participating in workshops, solution design sessions and project delivery from inception through to go-live.
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with one or more of ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, ITAM or HRSD.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Security Requirements Due to the nature of the projects, applicants must be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance. This typically requires continuous UK residency for the previous five years and meeting the relevant government clearance criteria.
