We’re hiring an experienced ServiceNow Product & Solutions Architect to join a leading international ServiceNow consulting partner.

This is a presales-focused role where you’ll work closely with sales and delivery teams to design innovative ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, solution design, demonstrations, proposals, RFP responses and technical presentations, helping customers understand the value of the ServiceNow platform while ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and deliverable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer objectives
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and solution presentations
• Produce solution architectures, implementation approaches and Statements of Work
• Lead technical responses to RFPs, RFIs and bid submissions
• Estimate project effort, team structure and delivery timelines
• Present and defend technical solutions during customer workshops and proposal presentations
• Build reusable demo environments, accelerators and presales assets
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales into implementation
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
• Support product development and go-to-market initiatives for new ServiceNow capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting, architecture or presales experience
• Strong experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Proven experience leading presales activities, solutioning and technical workshops
• Experience responding to RFPs and producing technical proposals
• Ability to create compelling ServiceNow demonstrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Previous delivery experience as a Lead Architect is highly desirable
• Must be currently serving notice period.
• Must be able to use own device for work.

Technical Skills Strong experience across several of the following:

• ITOM (Essential)
• ITSM
• ITAM (HAM/SAM)
• CSM
• SPM
• ServiceNow Platform Architecture
• Integrations
• Solution Design
• ServiceNow Best Practice Architecture

Experience within Risk & Security or the Telecommunications sector would be advantageous.
Certifications Essential:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Highly desirable:

• Three or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
