Salary: €60,000 to €90,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re working with a leading ServiceNow consultancy that is continuing to grow its team across Germany. As a result of ongoing customer demand, we’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients.

This is a fully remote position, although applicants must be based in Germany and have C1-level German language skills to work closely with German-speaking customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects for enterprise customers.
• Configuring and developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Building and maintaining Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Workspaces.
• Developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Working closely with functional consultants and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Supporting testing, deployments and continuous platform improvements.
• Providing technical guidance and contributing to best practice across projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, Developer or Technical Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience configuring and developing:
  
  • Flow Designer
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • Workspaces
  • Forms
  • Service Catalog
• Experience with REST and/or SOAP integrations.
• C1 German language skills (essential).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Currently living in Germany.
• Eligible to work in Germany without sponsorship.

Desirable

• ServiceNow certifications such as:
  
  • CSA
  • CAD
  • CIS-ITSM
  • CIS-HR
  • CIS-Data Foundations
• Experience working within a ServiceNow consultancy or implementation partner.
• ITIL certification.
