We are working with a leading ServiceNow partner in South Africa that is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join its growing team.

This is a senior, hands-on architecture role where you will take ownership of complex ServiceNow solution design, provide technical leadership across projects and help ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with ServiceNow best practice.
What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the technical architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform designs
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle
• Define integration architecture using APIs, IntegrationHub and other enterprise integration patterns
• Support developers and consultants with technical guidance and design reviews
• Establish platform standards, governance and development best practices
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to shape technical solutions
• Support workshops, solution discussions and pre-sales activities
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, secure and aligned with ServiceNow recommended practices

What we’re looking for:

• Strong ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience
• Several years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations and development
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, IntegrationHub and integration patterns
• Experience providing technical leadership to developers and consultants
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS or CTA would be highly desirable
• Previous consulting or ServiceNow partner experience would be advantageous
