The position:

We are now looking to hire Recruitment Delivery Consultants who have a passion for success, are competitive, and looking to join an industry where there is a high earning potential. If you have worked in ServiceNow, Recruitment, Sales or similar we are keen to hear from you. 

The role will mainly involve account management of lovely clients (we don’t accept anything else) and working closely with candidates to find them their perfect role. There will be some business development with existing clients, but you will be given hot leads to work on. You won’t need to source your own candidates, as we have a team of resourcers that will be constantly finding new candidates for you.

You will be recruiting for the ServiceNow industry, an industry that has seen exponential growth over the past few years and is a fast-growing cloud-based platform, worth over $1 billion. Linking Humans have dominated the recruitment market within the ServiceNow space, and we want you to be part of our success story. 

We will give you all the tools, training and support you need to be successful in this role and you just need to have the following;

• 2+ years of work experience in a sales or customer service role (ideally within professional services)
• Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
• Ambition, drive and determination
• Willingness and ability to learn
• A proactive and tenacious approach
• A fantastic sense of humour
• Integrity and desire to do right by others
