ServiceNow Technical Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You’ll work closely with customers and delivery teams to define scalable architectures, provide technical leadership throughout implementations, and ensure best practice across the platform.

This is an opportunity to work on complex digital transformation programmes for well-known organisations while influencing technical direction from discovery through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures
• Lead technical workshops with customers and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Produce high and low level solution designs
• Provide technical governance throughout implementation projects
• Support presales activities including solution design and effort estimation
• Mentor consultants and developers
• Review technical quality and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• Collaborate with project managers, business consultants and developers
• Stay up to date with new ServiceNow capabilities and platform releases

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Strong experience with ITSM, CSM and/or FSM
• Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations
• Excellent understanding of integrations and platform architecture
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Previous consulting experience preferred

Requirements

• C1 German (minimum)
• Fluent English
• Based in Germany
• Permanent right to work in Germany

Certifications
ServiceNow certifications are welcomed but not essential.

Salary
€90,000 to €115,000 depending on experience.
