ServiceNow USEM Lead Consultant – 6 Month Contract
Location: London / Horsham, hybrid

Working pattern: 2–3 days per week onsite initially

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Consultant to take ownership of the architecture, integration, configuration and delivery of a major Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM) implementation for a leading UK insurer.

This is a senior, highly technical and client-facing role where you’ll help shape the USEM capability from the ground up, working closely with CISO, SecOps, infrastructure and cloud stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the design and configuration of ServiceNow USEM / Vulnerability Response
• Configuring CMDB matching, enrichment, risk scoring and remediation rules
• Owning integrations across Tenable Nessus, ITOM/CMDB, ITSM Change and patching tools
• Translating vulnerability management processes into scalable ServiceNow workflows
• Acting as the technical authority in client workshops
• Leading UAT, defect resolution, documentation and handover
• Supporting governance, delivery reporting and risk management throughout the implementation

We’re looking for someone with:

• Deep hands-on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response / USEM experience
• Strong SecOps, CMDB/ITOM and ITSM knowledge
• Experience integrating vulnerability scanners such as Tenable
• Experience with patching/orchestration tools such as Ansible, Tanium or Microsoft Intune/MCM
• Strong understanding of KEVs, CVSS/VPR scoring, vulnerability prioritisation and remediation
• Strong client-facing and consultative skills
• Experience delivering pilots, MVPs or phased implementations
• Strong technical documentation skills

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-VR, SecOps and/or CMDB/ITOM certifications would be highly desirable.

Candidates must be able to attend London or Horsham 2–3 days per week initially.
