💰 Up to £70k base + bonus and benefits | Hybrid working (1–3 days on-site typical)

I’m looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with business transformation experience to join a top-tier consultancy delivering complex, high-impact transformation projects.
You’ll be leading and shaping ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM and more. You will be advising clients, mentoring developers, and influencing architectural direction on enterprise-scale programmes.

What you’ll need to bring:
✅ Some ServiceNow business process and architecture experience
✅ Strong development background and platform knowledge
✅ Confident leading technical design, integrations & governance
✅ Familiar with both cloud and on-premises ServiceNow models
✅ SC clearance (or eligible) – UK nationals only due to client requirements
