We’re working with a leading ServiceNow consulting organisation that is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Presales Architect to join its growing team in Johannesburg.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness, helping shape solutions, support sales opportunities, and build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
What you’ll be doing

• Working closely with sales teams to qualify and shape new opportunities
• Meeting customers to understand their business challenges and recommend the right ServiceNow solutions
• Leading solution design workshops and creating high quality technical proposals
• Responding to RFPs, RFIs and tender submissions
• Delivering product demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Producing solution architectures, implementation approaches and effort estimates
• Supporting bid defence meetings and executive presentations
• Working alongside delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with strong presales or solution consulting experience
• Experience leading bids, RFP responses and customer presentations
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture
• Experience across one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM or FSM
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business audiences
• ServiceNow certifications would be advantageous
