ServiceNow CSM Business Analyst
Location: Amsterdam / surrounding area
Contract: Freelance
Duration: Immediate start through to the end of December, with possible extension
Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in Amsterdam

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Business Analyst to join an exciting client project in Amsterdam on a freelance basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident working independently, can quickly understand business requirements and has strong experience delivering ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow CSM
• Able to work independently and take ownership of requirements and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
• Based in Amsterdam or within reasonable commuting distance
• Available to work onsite 2 days per week
• Dutch language skills are advantageous but not essential
• Available to start immediately or at short notice

The initial contract will run until the end of December, with the possibility of extension.

You must already have the right to work and provide freelance services in the Netherlands, as visa sponsorship is not available for this assignment.
