- Lead and oversee the successful implementation of ServiceNow CSM and Order Management modules for our client.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.
- Ensure the smooth execution of project deliverables within the defined timeline.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Continuously stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert in CSM and Order Management.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM and Order Management modules.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
