An Elite ServiceNow partner is looking for a Servicenow Developer experienced with GRC and SecOps. This is a hybrid role so the candidate must be willing to travel to a New York office twice a week.
Position Overview: As a ServiceNow GRC and SecOps Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) as well as Security Operations (SecOps) processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients’ ServiceNow instances are tailored to meet their unique requirements while adhering to industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance GRC and SecOps processes.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet client needs, with a focus on GRC and SecOps modules.
4. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to streamline processes and data flow.
5. Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices and stay abreast of platform updates and new features.
6. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow GRC and SecOps capabilities.
7. Participate in the testing, deployment, and ongoing support of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on GRC and SecOps modules.
3. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
4. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, or Jelly.
5. Familiarity with web services integration (REST, SOAP) and ServiceNow APIs.
6. Certification in ServiceNow GRC and/or SecOps is highly desirable.
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
