We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow enterprise architect or business consultant to join a leading organisation in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow product knowledge and a strong record of architecting and delivering enterprise scale solutions. This role requires fluency in Arabic and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable platform designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise
• Provide expert consultancy across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and other enterprise applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align platform capability with organisational needs
• Develop solution roadmaps, architectural blueprints, and best practice frameworks
• Ensure smooth integration of ServiceNow with existing IT landscapes
• Mentor and support junior consultants and developers
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and governance models

Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow enterprise architect or senior business consultant
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow products and modules
• Background in enterprise architecture, solution design, and implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion

Preferred:
• ServiceNow certified architect or relevant certifications
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise programmes in the Middle East
