We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join a growing ServiceNow practice delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

This role will focus heavily on ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and Discovery, helping organisations improve service visibility, data quality and operational efficiency through well-designed and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

You will work closely with architects, consultants and client stakeholders to design, configure and optimise ServiceNow capabilities across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Implement and optimise Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Develop and maintain CMDB structures, governance and data quality processes.
• Support CSDM adoption and alignment across the ServiceNow platform.
• Build integrations and automate infrastructure and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ITOM and CMDB environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience designing and supporting CMDB solutions.
• Good understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM.
• Experience with Event Management.
• Experience with Cloud Discovery.
• Experience working within a ServiceNow Partner or Consultancy environment.
