Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into technical solutions
• Customise and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet client-specific requirements
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other tools
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions
• Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and ITOM best practices

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, specialising extensively within ITOM
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts
• Hands-on experience with integrations and automation using tools such as APIs, web services, and scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.)
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) are highly desirable
