We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow project manager to lead and deliver ServiceNow implementation programmes across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and bring strong leadership capability, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects from planning through to delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across project teams, clients, and third-party vendors
• Monitor project progress and produce regular status reports for management and clients
• Drive process improvements and apply best practices in ServiceNow project management
• Deliver workshops, meetings, and training sessions in Arabic when required

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects or similar IT service management initiatives
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules
• Excellent project management skills across Agile and Waterfall
• Fluent Arabic communication along with strong English skills
• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multicultural environment
