The Role:
Our client, a leading ServiceNow Partner is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager to lead program implementation, manage operations, and deliver successful ServiceNow projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project goals, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support program implementation and manage day-to-day project operations.

Tailor industry best practices to suit business environments.

Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and deliver measurable value.

Track financials, review agreements, and manage project documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Organise workflows, set performance goals, and delegate tasks effectively.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About You:

PMP Certification required.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.

Agile/Scrum Master Certification required.

Solid ServiceNow experience, leading implementations from start to finish.

Must have a sold understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.

Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Proven ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
