A leading technology services provider in the UAE is expanding its IT operations team and seeking a SolarWinds Implementation Specialist to design, deploy, optimise and support enterprise-grade monitoring solutions across complex environments. What You Will Do

• Design, implement and configure SolarWinds Orion platforms, modules and integrations
• Deploy monitoring capabilities including Network Performance Monitor, Server & Application Monitor, Network Traffic Analyzer and related components
• Create and customise dashboards, alerts, reporting metrics and automation rules to enhance service visibility
• Integrate SolarWinds with ITSM, ITOM or other enterprise systems to streamline workflow and data insights
• Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and optimisation to ensure platform stability and scalability
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure and security teams to understand business requirements and deliver monitoring solutions aligned to operational needs
• Provide technical support, best practice guidance, and user enablement for internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and supporting SolarWinds platforms in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of network, server and application monitoring concepts
• Hands-on knowledge of Orion modules such as NPM, SAM, NTA, IPAM, or similar
• Experience integrating SolarWinds with third-party tools or ITSM platforms
• Ability to analyse monitoring data and produce actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and a proactive technical approach
• Relevant certifications are desirable but not essential
